The idea of Flying Pie came about when 3 friends couldn’t agree on where pies originated from. Turns out that the true origin of pie passed from Egypt to classical Greece and then to Rome and the rest of Europe. Everyone then created their own take of the pie as it migrated across the lands. Seeing that London didn’t have a pie shop that made pies the original way, we decided to land in London 🙂

Philosophy

Egypt is not just about the ancient world and a famous Scouse footballer. It’s much more than that. We want London to experience the true meaning of Egyptian cuisine, and that’s why we blended an old Egyptian food form with a modern Egyptian touch.
